Our Impact

Measuring what matters.

Impact is more than a number. It is the difference created through meaningful action, responsible implementation, participation and lasting change.

01 A transparent impact framework designed to grow with the Foundation's real projects, activities and documented outcomes.
From action to change
Activity. Outcome. Impact.
Reach Connect with people
Engage Understand and participate
Act Deliver meaningful action
Change Observe outcomes
Sustain Build longer-term value

Impact begins beyond the activity.

An activity tells us what happened. An output tells us what was produced. An outcome helps us understand what changed. Impact looks further — toward the meaningful difference created over time.

This distinction matters because responsible social work should communicate not only what was done, but also what can actually be supported by evidence.

Our impact model

Four questions behind meaningful measurement.

Impact should be understood through a combination of activity, reach, outcomes and evidence — not through impressive-looking numbers alone.

01

What happened?

Record the activity, initiative or project that was actually undertaken.

02

Who was reached?

Understand the people, communities, locations or groups connected with the work.

03

What changed?

Document meaningful outcomes that can reasonably be linked to the initiative.

04

What proves it?

Support the story with records, reports, photographs, videos and other appropriate evidence.

The numbers will grow with the work.

This dashboard is prepared for verified data from real projects and activities. It is intentionally not populated with invented achievements or estimates.

Different areas. One purpose.

As projects and activities are undertaken, their outcomes can be organised across the Foundation's wider areas of work.

Educational opportunities, literacy, youth and skills.

02

Tribal & Rural Development

Community welfare, rural development and awareness.

03

Health & Nutrition

Meaningful impact usually develops through a sequence of connected steps. This framework helps us look beyond the activity itself.

01

Reach

Connect with people and communities.

02

Engage

Listen, understand and encourage participation.

03

Act

Deliver focused and responsible initiatives.

04

Change

Observe and document outcomes.

05

Sustain

Build toward longer-term value.

Evidence matters

Behind every number is a story.

Impact should be supported by clear records. Future project and activity pages can bring those records together in one place.

◇

Project Stories

Understand the challenge, approach, work carried out and outcomes associated with a specific initiative.

  • Challenge
  • Approach
  • Activities
  • Outcomes
◉

Visual Documentation

Photographs and videos can provide a visual record of activities and participation.

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Event documentation
  • Activity records
□

Reports & Data

Supporting documents and verified data can make impact communication more transparent and accountable.

  • Project reports
  • Outcome records
  • Supporting documents
  • Verified metrics

Impact is earned, not claimed.

No invented numbers. No inflated achievements.

Impact information should be published only when it is supported by real project, activity or outcome records.

As the Foundation undertakes projects and initiatives, this page can evolve from an impact framework into a transparent public record of verified outcomes.

Numbers, stories and supporting evidence can then work together to provide a fuller understanding of the Foundation's work.

Evidence-led impact reporting

Designed for the future admin system.

Impact statistics, project outcomes, activity counts, locations, people reached and supporting evidence can later be connected directly to the Foundation's admin platform so that this page updates without manual editing.
